With the potential to be the first all new construction recreational adult-use cannabis dispensary project in Western Massachusetts, Embr stands out among our portfolio of work as the first ground-up project VALERE designed in our opening year of business. 

The 3,000 square foot new construction building would transform a vacant lot on a main thoroughfare in the city into an active business location.  Utilizing the clear-span abilities of a truss system, the floor plan is free from load-bearing walls resulting in a flexible space capable of meeting the operational requirements from the client.
